Pass ‘N’ Play is a Dallas-based Education & Sports organization that provides the community with complete youth education & sports activities, with the mission of transforming lives through education and sports. Pass ‘N’ Play offers participants from kindergarten to high school positive learning and team experiences along with the opportunity to create life-long memories.
The children in the city's core must have the opportunity for a successful start in education and sports regardless of age, race, gender, family composition, income or community. In response to this significant disparity, Pass ‘N’ Play is here to provide various educational programs and sports activities for underserved Dallas area youth. |
The Need For Pass N PlayThe need for youth programs is validated and magnified by information that attributes long-term value to participants in these programs. Numerous studies document the direct value of youth participation in sports. These studies indicate a direct correlation demonstrating that involvement in sports results in reducing the potential to become involved in drugs, sex, crime, and gang-related behaviors. To meet this need, Pass ‘N’ Play offers an experience that serves as a personal "sports reference" for participants throughout their lives. These important benefits continue to validate the Pass ‘N’ Play concept.

How Does Pass N Play HelpResearch indicates the economic, social and personal value of "investing" in the lives of children in a positive and constructive manner directly helps youth avoid the social and penal systems that plagues our youth of today. Clinical studies also show that sports and recreation programs can help youth establish lifelong, healthy, physical activity patterns. Regular physical activity can ward off life-threatening diseases; reduce feelings of depression and anxiety; help control weight and obesity; and build and maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints, according to the President's Council on Physical Fitness.
